1.Overview

2.Returns

Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to personal care products, undergarments, and consumables.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
3.Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Timeline: The refund process may take up to 7 business days after the approval of the return. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4.Exchanges

Exchange Policy: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will be happy to replace it with the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.
5.Shipping

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged. In such cases, Nivomart Enterprises will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
